I was putting together a survey at work today. Pretty simple stuff, just wanted to gauge where the team wanted to go for our Xmas lunch and what would be the best date. I did it on our Sharepoint intranet, but the process was rather clunky, so I was looking around at different options if I wanted to do it in a better fashion.
I’ve used SurveyMonkey in the past but today I came across Inquisite Survey Software which seems to be targeted mainly at gathering employee and customer feedback; but the creation of the survey and data collection seems really glitzy. It comes with an option to host the software or run it as “Software as a Service”; giving you a choice of deployment options.
If you’re looking for Enterprise Grade survey software, this might be the one for you.
Hey Owen. Google Docs is pretty good for knocking up a quick survey, in case you didn’t know? See here:

An article with a good overview of how it works here:

Not really suited for enterprise use, but for a quick poll it’s great.
