Joost Invites .. another batch
I’ve just popped into Joost and noticed I have another batch of invitations I can send out. I know there’s another thread on this blog, but I’ve lost track who I’ve sent them to; so it was cleaner to just set up something more current.
So. If you’re after a Joost Invitation, just drop a comment here and if you’re lucky I’ll send one right off.
If you haven’t heard about Joost, or seen what it can do, check it out the Joost website. Basically, it’s new technology that allows you to stream video in real time from the web. And when I say video I mean glorious, full-screen video with all the bells and whistles.
So, hurry up and sign up today !

I feel so… stupid? Out of the loop? LOL. I haven’t a clue what Joost is – so I went to the website link you left. I kind of get that it’s basically tv online right? So… why do people need invites?
I stopped watching tv in September of 1998 – I wouldn’t mind watching a few things but I just never ‘think about it’ and never turn it on. LOL.
So… if I need Joost you can send me an invite… and tell me just why I need it!

@Meritt: Yup, it’s TV online, but where you get the option to choose what you want to watch. It’s invitation based at the moment to control how quickly it spreads. It’s still in Beta so they want to increase the number of people using it rather than getting millions of people trying to use it at the same time. I’ve sent you an email. Try it out.
