Ugh!!’s Greymatter Honeypot

I’ve just finished the first chapter of my next MBA topic: Strategic Planning. It’s a different subject to the others I’ve done before which have been much more prescriptive. Strategic Planning is one of those subjects where the collective knowledge seems to be mostly anecdotal, but also fairly specific; in that what works for one company may not necessarily work for another. Should be interesting.
