Had a great day out this weekend at the Manx Marine Day organised as part of the Manx Queenie Festival. We had a great day out at the Marine Day and even got to meet the Hairy Bikers. It was great actually, the shared some recipies with us (I was standing right in front), cooked for us and even got some food around for everyone to taste. Here are some snaps we took:
It was pretty fun actually. The Hairy Bikers were really friendly and the banter with the public was great. It wasn’t televised or anything like that, though I don’t know if they did a programme about the Isle of Man and the queenie recipes that were collected as part of the Festival. Anyway, great fun. Hope they do it again next year!
