BCS (Isle of Man) talk on China and India

BCSThe BCS Isle of Man has invited Charles Chang to speak next week’s meeting. Charles will analyse the politics, economics, social change and technology in China and India and examine the implications these have for enterprises and for governments at the BCS Isle of Man’s first event of the year taking place at 18.00 on 17 January 2008, Claremont Hotel.

Charles Chang is a fellow of the British Computer Society and a management consultant who works with major IT vendors to improve their sales and marketing effectiveness. He previously worked with IBM in the US and ICL in the UK where he was responsible for industry marketing for UK local government and public utilities. He has been tracking China and India over the last five years and has been the author of numerous reports as well as having addressed many business and IT executives at an international level.
