Ugh!!’s Greymatter Honeypot

I just got back from the BCS talk on business benefits of VOIP. It was a pretty good talk outlining some of the benefits, challenges and issues of implementing a VOIP project in Government. The talk was much broader than that, talking about the change in culture that was necessary for this to happen and other ancillary projects in Government. I’ll try and post up the slides here in the near future.
