I thought I’d give Windows
Live Writer a try, so this is my first post coming from this medium. And to try
out the picture upload feature, here’s a photo of Arthur and his dad 🙂
Lots of nice features in this editor, particularly as it lives on your desktop and
lets you create drafts of your posts to upload to one or multiple blogs. It defiantly
makes blog posting more accessible to the masses !
Features I like:
- managed image uploads – no need to FTP or upload images separately
- record of previous posts (on your desktop) and the ability to Edit and Republish them

spelling checker (though Firefox 2.0 now
has one built-in) - ability to Save Draft (and compose posts offline), then publish later
- auto-sensing of blog configuration
