What do Social Web Browsers and english saddles have in common? Well, I’m sure they’re useful to certain types of people, but I’m not going anywhere near either of them. The beauty of that analogy is that it illustrates that tools that may seem indispensable for some are totally useless for others.
That thought came from a debate I had with a friend of mine who maintains that Flock is that best thing since sliced bread. I gave it a spin, but it just wouldn’t stick. That doesn’t mean that there’s a problem with the product, more that it doesn’t fit with the way I work and think.
