In case you didn’t know about it, this Thursday, the Isle of Man Social Media Club is organising a great meeting open to all social media aficionados on the Island. Here are the details:
February’s meeting of the Isle of Man Social Media club is open to all and is taking on a whole new personality. The first-ever Super ThirdThursday takes place on 19 February, 12.30 to 14.00 at the Claremont in Douglas. Guest presenter. Chris Gledhill, managing director of PDMS, is going to tell us all about the Isle of Man’s own social network, manxgraduates.im, which was recently launched by the DTI with the support of the DoE.
It promises to be a most excellent event, so a great round of applause should go to Strive for their effort in organising the event. It’s a 2-factor whammy as far as I’m concerned: an opportunity to mean fellow social media enthusiasts on the Island and the chance to learn and maybe influence a newly established website.
