Since I’ve started using my other blog to document my diet (and hopefully, my weight loss), I’ve been reading up more about diets online. One place I came across was a blog that does Diet Reviews. They are doing a different diet review every week, so I’m going to stay tuned and see what’s out there. At the end of the day, I think the best way to lose weight permanently is to change my attitude towards food and my eating patterns, but it’s still interesting to see how other people are doing it.
