So the RockStartUp puzzle is over, and ColleenC is the winner. Pity I wasn’t able to complete it this time, but it was either go to the Solidsoft office party (which rocked!) or continue waiting for the final piece. Well .. I went to party instead. Was good to meet up with all my Solidsoft buddies again!
So, why was PayPerPost running this competition anyway? The answer is that is generates a lot of buzz around their new show RockStartUp. Not only in terms of getting people talking about it, but it also does magnificent things in terms of search engine optimisation for the marketing target. Just a case in point, Rockstartup was first on Technorati when all this happened. How’s that for making good use of The Long Tail?
