Well, it had to happen. I’ve hit the threshold I set myself and now I’m back on the Atkins diet again. My target this time is to lose 20 kilos. I lost 16 the last time round, so 20 should be achievable in around 5-6 months or so. The trick is to lose it gradually, that way it’s easier to keep it off. Unfortunately, my brain immediately
associates not being on a diet to eating everything in sight, so being on a diet is probably healthy for me. Silly brain …
