Micorosft has just announced CRM
v3.0 which is the next update of Microsoft
CRM. It’s interesting to note that the current version is v1.2, so presumably
the jump to v3.0 implies a huge leap in capabilities. The product should have been
previewed at TechEd
Europe this week. Wish I was there …
