<li>Be interesting</li>
<li>Archive your achievements</li>
</ul>
<p>Personally I think these are great pointers in any walk of life, but they are more easily achieved online than offline. We all tend to build a <a  href="http://www.thepomoblog.com/archive/are-you-working-on-your-personal-brand/">personal brand</a>, whether explicitly or implicitly; it just makes sense to manage and nurture it.
