I’ve just upgraded to FireFox v3.0.1 which seems like a minor issuefix release. Here’s what has changed:
Firefox 3.0.1 fixed several issues found in Firefox 3.
Fixed several security issues.
Fixed several stability issues.
Fixed an issue where the phishing and malware database did not update on first launch.

Upgrade to WordPress 2.5.1 - Now!

Just upgraded this blog to WordPress 2.5.1 as I’ve only just spotted that it’s available. Probably the most important feature is a security fix that is pretty ugly:

I’ve just pushed this blog up to WordPress 2.5. I’ve already rolled it out onto a number of other blogs and have had absolutely no problems. I’ve reactivated all plugins, but if you find any problems, just let me know.

A new version of WordPress hit the streets yesterday, and I’ve taken the opportunity to upgrade to the shiny, brand-spanking-new version. Upgrade was a doddle and takes the following steps:
back up everything
deactivate all your plugins
overwrite your installation
run the upgrade script
reactivate all your plugins
Worked straight away, no scares, no worries.
