Creating surveys

I sincerely believe that the best way for a business to improve is to always listen to customers’ feedback and react accordingly. And don’t just wait for a customer to give you their feelings on your products/sevices, but make it a point to solicit this information and use it to optimise and improve your business.

One of the best ways to do this online is through the use of an online survey. Today I came across iSalient, a company who provide web based survey solution. Their service brings a number of advantages to play including:

  • An Easy Survey Creation Process
  • The Ability to view Results Immediately
  • Email List Management and Respondents - so you can keep in touch with your respondents
  • A variety of question types and graphs for results

There’s a number of samples available; have a look at the Retail Survey Example or the Employee Satisfaction Survey to get an idea of what can be done. You can also log in for a Free Trial to give it a whirl. Looks great!
