One of the important factors for a successful company is for the senior management team to gel together well. If there are personal conflicts this can have a negative effect on the health of the whole organisation so it’s important to thrash these out well before they impact their working life.

Pick a corporate team building venue, make sure everyone in the team can make it and get together for a day of fun, problem solving and team building. I’ve been to a couple of these in my working life and they have always been a great success.
