As I’m getting down and dirty with my Strategic Planning topic for my MBA, I’ve been reading up around he subject. I came across an excellent post by Robert Bradford entitled Strategic Planning: The easy way to innovate is .. the hard way. In it he talks about how innovation is one of the strategic drivers of a company, when to innovate and what are the barriers to doing this (including how to deter others from copying your ideas).
I quite like his Strategic Planning Thoughts blog. There’s lots of good ideas in there and as I work through my coursework, I’m sure I’ll be popping back to read some more. Subscribed!
