There’s a number of CRM packages out there, but I particularly like ones that are
free to try and come at a low cost for SMEs (Small and Medium Sized Enterprises) to
implement. Relenta CRM is one of these. It boasts
a very low entry price, is fully hosted and claims to lower barriers to adoption by
integrating seamlessly with email.
So what does it have to offer. Central to all activities is the concept of a customer,
client or contact, around which activities, emails, calendars and marketing efforts
are centered. Relenta CRM does all this and is
designed to help sales, marketing and client service personnel perform their daily
duties.
And what are the costs associated with this package. Basically, here’s the pricing
structure:
- Free accounts: One user, no time limit
- Month-to-month: $50 per user per month
- Pre-paid: $1,000 per year for 5 users
I like the way you can evaluate the product for free, but the strength of a CRM system
lies in letting teams perform as one, so if an organisation really wants to tap into
the tool, they will need to use one of the other paid tiers.>
