I used Hiren Boot CD version 11. I chkdsk c: /f /r and fixed some problems the hard drive had. Today i got the same problem in one of my user's pc. For those whose system keep on re-booting if they click on okay or cross try this: i ran the pc in safe mode with networking by pressing f8 key, i have already downloaded the fix to one of my pcs given above at the page. Then i installed that fix from the 'troubled pc" by accessing the fix through network and it solved the problem.
