Andy sent me an excellent
link today. One of Google‘s Beta offerings is Google
Sitemaps, a service aimed at helping webmasters map out their sites based on Google’s
crawler and also make sure that every page on their website was being indexed.
Anyway, they’ve added a number of additions to the service, whereby site owners can
get a whole bunch of stats that the crawler’s picked up off their website. These incluse
search stats (Google only of course), crawl stats,
index stats, page errors etc. All very useful .. check out the new features here
