I’m currently installing Release Candidate 2 for Windows XP Service Pack 2. I must
say, everything seems to be running pretty smoothly so far. I was a bit apprehensive
when I had to uninstall RC1 for SP2 (uninstalling causes so many problems sometimes!),
but that went without a hitch. I’ve obtained the new Background Intelligent Transfer
Service 2.0 (BITS) and it’s busy downloading the 100Mb service pack. More instructions
