I’ve been without Internet Access at home for 5 days now. My phone line went dead,
and therefore no ADSL. BT have a cute page where you
can see when the probably problem is:
but if they still haven’t got round to fixing it yet 🙁 According to their Code
of Practice, I should be due some compensation for the down time; let’s see if
it actually get fixed any time soon 🙁
