me an excellent link to an article called “Exploring
WMI: Integrating WMI into the .Net framework“. It’s a great article, in that
rather than throwing some code at the reader telling him to try it out, it goes into
detail around the origins of WMI and a complete example of how it can be used to implement
a Windows Service Manager. Recommended.
